I've got a Mantona backpack for my photo equipment and it is really nice. The only issue that it has is that the zip toggles breaks quite easily, so I designed a replacement for it.
I'm using the out-of-the-box clip that holds the original toggle to hold the new one.
You only have to print both parts that I sending, and insert the original clip on the part 1. Use the part 2 to close the toggle by inserting on the hole of part 1, and pressing firmly until it is fully inserted.
I used a solder to melt a bit both pieces to stick them together.
