Zip toggle
thingiverse
I've got a Mantona backpack for my photography gear and I'm really impressed. The only problem with it is that the zip toggle breaks quite easily, so I created a replacement for it. I'm using the standard clip that holds the original toggle to hold the new one in place. All you have to do is print both parts that I've sent over and insert the original clip into part 1. Next, use part 2 to close the toggle by inserting it into the hole of part 1 and pressing firmly until it's fully seated. I used a soldering iron to melt a bit of both pieces together so they stick well.
