Light-duty zip ties provide effective clamping for small-diameter applications, securing objects with a 100mm diameter clamp area. To produce them, I printed mine with rafts using ABS plastic, but raft-free prints may be possible if you have excellent adhesion to your build plate. No additional supports are needed in this design.
