The wrist-powered prosthetic hands are occasionally failing due to screws coming loose in the tensioner. Zip-ties with a sliding buckle from another zip-tie make an excellent adjustment solution, although they can be somewhat unsightly. The redesigned tensioner block includes a cover that conceals the zip-ties. The tensioner is sized for the 100% Raptor Reloaded gauntlet, and it is presumed to be scalable with the slicer for higher percentages or if it doesn't fit perfectly. It's essential to drill out the small latching tab on the zip-tie buckle in order to loop the tendon line through it. Then, slip a buckle from another zip-tie onto the other end to adjust the tension. After all lines are adjusted, snip off the zip-ties and slide on the cover. Finally, add the regular retainer clip.
