I created a custom handlebar mount for my bike phone mount, which I found cumbersome and bulky by design, so I came up with an alternative that utilizes just three zip ties to secure the phone holder directly to the handlebars. This setup makes it easier to add a rubber buffer between the handlebar and the zip tie mounting system.
