Zip tie GoPro Curved Mount

I modified the GoPro Curved Mount, designed by JonDanielsRacing, to fit my Specialized cycling helmet perfectly. This is a modification of the original GoPro bracket (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:115070), which I adapted to work seamlessly with my Hero3 clip-on mount. I added zip tie panels to create a secure and stable attachment system. I rigorously tested this design on a Replicator 2x, using advanced printing settings to ensure optimal results. Here are the details of the print job: * Layer height: 0.2 mm * Infill density: 100% * Shell count: 6 * Printing technology: Dual extrusion with HIPS supports * Firmware version: MW 2.4.1 I also employed the Pacman Helper Disk V2, created by midniteandy (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:112436), to prevent corner lifting and ensure a smooth print finish. Note that the holes on this design are specifically designed for small zip ties. To add extra strength and polish, I recommend treating the printed part with an acetone vapour bath at 80 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.
