Zip Tie Clamps for 8020 Extrusion

These clamps give you a way to secure cables and hoses to aluminum extrusions (80/20) with ease. Print the mating surface facing down on your bed for best results. Avoid using supports, as they can be messy to clean up. If you experience minor sagging in the slots, simply use a hobby knife to clear them out - it's much easier than dealing with support residue. I opted for PETG filament due to its superior flexibility and strength, but PLA would also work well. The 10 series clamp is designed specifically for 10 and 20 series extrusions (1-inch increments), while the 15 series clamp is intended for use with 15 and 30 series extrusions (1.5-inch increments). You can even use the 10 series clamp on 15 series extrusions. To attach a clamp to 10 or 20 series extrusions, you'll need a button or round head 1/4-20 screw that's 3/8" long (such as part #92949A535 from McMaster-Carr), along with either a 3382 t-nut if you have access to the end of the extrusion or a 3923 drop-in nut if the ends are inaccessible. For 15 and 30 series extrusions, use a button or round head 1/4-20 screw that's 1/2" long (such as part #92949A537 from McMaster-Carr), paired with either a 3382 t-nut if you have access to the end of the extrusion or a 13037 drop-in nut or 3933 quarter-turn nut if the ends are inaccessible. You can find nuts at 8020.net or tnutz.com. I've also included step and Solidworks (2019) files for anyone who wants to make some modifications.
