This sleek zip tie cable holder is designed to clip securely into place on a 2020 aluminum profile, keeping wires organized while giving your wiring a tidy appearance. To use it, simply print the part without support - you can add support if needed for areas that stick out, but avoid the hollowed section where the zip tie goes in, as shown in the final images. Once printed, insert a small zip tie into the aluminum profile, hold the wiring in place, and secure the zip tie down with ease. That's it! I've created this design in multiple sizes to accommodate various 2020 aluminum profiles: 9mm x 4.7mm depth, 9mm x 3.5mm, 11.3mm diameter x 5.9mm depth, and 11.3mm diameter, ensuring compatibility with most projects.
