I've found that using springs can be tricky for tensioning the belt in my delta machine because they start introducing slack as speeds increase. However, this innovative design employs a zip tie to effectively tighten the belt and also accommodates even the most restricted spaces. Upgraded: The belt length has been extended for added strength, and adjustments have been made to reduce excessive belt bending.
