This is a remix of the PLA+Zip+Tie+(reuseable) from @pablo-santonie , a lovely simple cable tie. He did his in PLA using .2mm thickness to make it flexible (clever boy!), I wanted greater flexibility. I remixed in Cura 4.8 and changed it to 1mm height (Z), lengthened it to 160mm (X) long x 12mm (Y) wide USING FLEX FILAMENT. You can change length in the slicer if you like. Filament used was Yoyi Blue Flex, not super flexy (95-98A Shore) but it prints nicely and is pretty cheap for a Flex. Print Settings: Nozzle .4mm Line Width .4mm Layer .25mm (Most people use .2mm, I replaced my Z Axis screws with a 1:1 ratio so I can print ANY exact height. For a standard Creality / Ender use .24mm layers) Speed 70mm/s (I've a pretty dialed in machine, I suggest 30-35mm/s for most machines when using Flex filament). First Layer speed should be 20 or less. 2 Walls 0 Top 0 Bottom 100 % infill For the Yoyi Flex: Temp 215°C (if printing slower decrease to 205°C) Bed Temp 70°C Total Z should be 1-1.2mm. Tip 1: I found it was stronger when placed on the bed ACROSS (along the X axis), so rotate it (them) to a left / right orientation. Long ways left to right like the photo. Tip 2: Not everyone is aware that Cura (and others) can output a changed file. If you open something you like, but want to change size, click the item & use the size controls (2nd on Left menu). If you UN-check Uniform Scaling you can change X,Y, and Z separately. Once you have it modified, simply click the item and choose File -> Export Selection. You'll probably want to change the File Type from 3MF to STL (Binary), name the file and save. Voila, you have a NEW STL with the changes baked in ;-) Enjoy!
