You may not have a specific purpose in mind, but I've employed this item for labeling devices and cables, repairing backpack zipper tabs, and tagging various items with different colors. Other potential uses include key labeling, luggage ID tags, lock-out-tag-out systems, and tamper-evident seals. Please share how you utilize it. The dimensions are 4H x 38.5L x 10W (mm). For effortless post-processing, print each side separately at a layer thickness of .3 mm. Additional infill usually isn't necessary unless you scale up the design. To optimize the interior, remove a small amount of material from both post insides within the lid. To wire the box, use a single strand (around 8 inches) of 24 AWG insulated wire (such as telco or CATV/CAT6). Follow the provided diagram, keeping the wire slightly loose inside the box. Afterward, attach the lid and use pliers to ensure a flush fit. Finally, pull the remaining wire outside the box taut and snip off any excess.
