The model is composed of separate parts, all of which are clearly named. Included is an archive containing the maximum version file from 2014 to 2017. The model was created using 3ds Max 2017 in conjunction with V-ray 3.xx; however, the V-ray scene necessitates the use of a V-ray plugin. The native file format is 3ds Max 2017. A crucial note: wall and floor textures used for previews are not included in the model. FBX and OBJ files do not require V-Ray plugins, but if you're unsure how to use these formats or create shaders, it's advised against purchasing this model.
