Here is A working alternative to Zeepro's original cartridges. This one can be fed from the top, so the cartridge could stay inside the printer, while you only have to exchange the spools. Also, the original nozzles wear off pretty fast, so this cartridge has an exchangeable nozzle which is designed to align with the cartridge-body automatically. The spool-part has to be printed twice, just snap the two parts together. For the RFID-Chip: Due the RFID-chip is programmable, just cut it from an old original cartridge (be sure not to damage it!) and put that piece into the cartridge-bay under the printed cartridge. So you can re-program it anytime you want. If you have suggestions or improvements, please let us know. EDIT: I reworked the body (added a chamfer for easier nozzle-installing) and the cover (it's now upside down for easier printing). The nozzle (also modified for easier printing) now has enough space for a piece of a sponge (just cut it a little bit bigger than the hole in the nozzle and cut it in half before inserting) to remove dust from the filament. Be sure to use the "Nozzle_for_sponge_EZ-Print.stl" for dust-removal-capability. EDIT AGAIN: Due to multiple requests of one person, I added the old Versions of the nozzle without space for the dust-sponge (cartridge_V2_nozzle.stl). Instructions Just print all the parts from the package and snap them together (okay, the spool parts have to be glued... yet. The cover is not necessary to operate the cartridge, but it looks much more professional...
