I made some changes to this item, which is based on the following thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3173669. The creator mentioned that it's difficult to get the charger out after it's been inserted, so I added a hole where you can insert a nail or something to remove the charger. Update: I added a new version with a slightly bigger hole to fit larger charging cables on Apple Watch Series 5 and newer.
