I'm still documenting this build process. The bill of materials is located in the Sketchup file, which excludes extruder and electronics components. Updating in progress... Check out this YouTube video for more details: https://youtu.be/ly-76dTwJm4. I've been working on this project for quite some time now, achieving good results with my previous printer built using printed parts. However, I noticed that these parts tend to lose tension over time due to pressure conformity and eventually become loose. To address this issue, I'm in the process of replacing certain printed parts with machined aluminum pieces. As shown in the pictures above, parts A through D have already been replaced. I'm still waiting for parts E through J to arrive. The frame is held together using various types of corner brackets and T-slot nuts. The STL files for the printed parts are available above, but keep in mind that they might differ from their machined aluminum counterparts due to significant differences in material strength. Only essential STL files required for building this printer have been posted; the rest can be generated from the Sketchup file once you've got a working printer up and running. Feel free to modify them according to your specific components. This build was designed to be compact, with a target build volume of 140x140x100mm. However, I'm currently getting slightly less than that, leaving some room for safety margins.
