Zetina 6323 sewing machine replacement gear which changes modes.UPDATE 18.2.2024After a great cooperation with sewing machine workshop in Slovakia and one of their clients, we made a better version with new measurements (thanks a lot to a great guys from Zvolen!)Printer: Original Prusa mk3s+ (properly calibrated)0.2 nozzle100% infillUse NYLON (we tested PETG, ASA and PC blend with no luck, material not strong enouch), properly driedPrint in enclosure (or temperature stable enviroment) due to a possible material shrinkageclean elephant foot (first layer) from inner diameter of gearV1 (old version, use rather v2!)Printed with Prusa i3 MK3s+ with PETG, however, use rather ABS/ASA/PCblend.I used PETG Devil Design in .gcode, 100% infill.Measurements are made to fit it as original. Fits and works with knob, however I haven't managed to reassemble the whole machine yet.Designed in Fusion 360.
