The Nimble V2.0 suffers from a critical design flaw that becomes glaringly apparent when used in conjunction with the E3D Toolchanger. Three small tabs, intended to secure the rotating cable housing's cap to the top of the Nimble body, are prone to breaking off with ease. A replacement cap features two bolts situated adjacent to the original cap and boasts a longer throat designed to accommodate more of the cable housing. To print this replacement cap successfully, use Nylon 910 material at a temperature of 250C, employing an upright printing orientation with supports for both the bottom and side tab areas.
