ZeroW Case foldable
myminifactory
Raspberry Pi Zero W Case. This is a compact case with a clever hinge. I created this design to eliminate the need for two separate pieces, and it's also a great way for me to hone my craftsmanship skills, particularly when it comes to creating functional hinges that can be adapted to other projects. The case provides essential protection for the Zero by absorbing shocks and keeping dust at bay. I've made sure that the case fits snugly with any standard plugs, and even the official mini-to-normal HDMI adapter works seamlessly within its confines. When the case is closed, you'll still have easy access to the SD-Card slot. I'm thrilled to share this design with you, and I hope you find it useful. For my next project, I plan to experiment with different top-case designs. To achieve a smooth hinge operation, I used a file to fine-tune its fit, which can be influenced by your printer's resolution and nozzle size. I printed the case using fast detail settings at Z=0.2mm with a 0.3mm nozzle. The dimensions of this Raspberry Pi Zero W Case are 68mm x 38mm x 20mm. Good luck with all your future projects!
