ZeroTech Dobby propeller clip

ZeroTech Dobby propeller clip

thingiverse

This is a replacement propeller clip specifically designed for the ZeroTech Dobby drone. Unlike other available options, it doesn't require any holes to be drilled into the base, making installation easier and more straightforward. However, the base part itself does not have pre-drilled screw insets, which simplifies the printing process. The 3D model was sliced using Simplify3D software, and I've included the gcode file for easy printing on an Ultimaker 2+ 3D printer. The design ensures that propeller screws can be fully inserted, allowing the blades to rotate freely while minimizing jello caused by propeller vibration. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Infill: 20% Notes: The clip was printed using RigidInk PLA on an Ultimaker 2+ with the following settings: Layer height of 0.1mm, Nozzle diameter 0.4mm, Nozzle temperature at 205 degrees Celsius, and Bed temperature at 35 degrees Celsius, with an extrusion thickness of 0.25mm.
