The belt clip that comes with the Zerolemon extended battery case is defective in its design, and although they're willing to send a free replacement every couple of months, their warranty only lasts 180 days, and they won't sell the clip separately! This adaptation is stronger than the original clip and is designed to flex, where the original clip always failed. A few additional holes were added for a creative accent. You'll need to save the parts from your original clip so that you're only replacing the part that typically breaks. The trick to removing the hinged belt clip is to pop out the hinge pin, then squeeze the plastic swivel clip with a pair of pliers. Due to the ridges on the bottom that fit into the detents of the belt clip, it's best to use a raft to print, maybe 10 layers, or the ridges will melt on the table. I've adjusted the dimensions of the hole depth and diameter as I had to do some Dremeling to make my swivel clip fit to the belt clip. I also moved the phone clip tab out about half a mm to reduce some flexing that I found with the last print, so if you find that your phone is loose, slide the phone clip in half a mm. I also sanded down the ridges in the back a bit after printing. If I had to print this again, I'd probably do the same without modifying the design, it took 5 minutes. I built mine with ASA, and the next version will likely be nylon. All of my printing was done by HomeWorks3D, which I highly recommend.
