This is a small RFID reader project designed around the Raspberrypi Zero or Zero W. It primarily uses components sourced from Amazon for convenience. I have also included the links to the two components I used. This makes a great STEM project to do with your children as RFID reader examples are everywhere and very easy to follow! In the future, I will also include a tutorial and code for how I plan to eventually use this, which will be as a user login module. All in all, it will only cost about $15 between the resin and boards (not including the Rpi). If there is any interest in it, I may make some carrier mounts for other MCU like the blue pill or the microduino...or whichever is being requested!
