ZeroBox, Raspberry Pi Zero fastened enclosure

ZeroBOX Raspberry Pi Zero box designed for Plastic Inserts and M2.5 screws. I utilize PSM Heat-Lok fasteners, which I insert using my soldering iron, despite some sections of the wall housing the inserts being thinner than recommended. Your printer must be capable of printing solid walls with a 1mm thickness. I printed this design with an UP! Box using ABS and 0.1mm layer thickness. This design can easily be modified to accommodate self-tapping screws, grant access to the GPIO connector, and improve ventilation. Print Settings Printer Brand: Up!
