Zero with Fairy Lights

Zero with Fairy Lights

I love crafting custom light-up accessories for my kids on Halloween; this is Zero modified to accommodate a rechargeable fairy light. This straightforward mod was entirely executed in Tinkercad. Compared to the original, this model of Zero has been scaled up by 167.177% - just right for fitting and providing adequate lighting size. I used these lights: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BYSVX8B/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I printed these in white TPU, with supports. The separation distance was .25mm, and a large side gap worked well - I used 200% extrusion, .25mm layers to print quickly. The nose and collar were made from orange TPU. There are tubes printed inside for routing the lights; I did quite a bit of folding to get the LEDs closer together. To keep them safely secured, I plan to seal it in with silicone. The button should be facing downwards, and there's a ring where you need to press to turn on - if you want to print this in hard plastic, you'll have to cut out a hole around that area.
