Zero Motorcycles Birton throttle tube
thingiverse
Broke my OE throttle tube on my 2019 Zero S while trying to adapt bad heated grips. The tube itself is not sold separately, so I had to spend $120+ for the full throttle assembly, plus shipping, and wait a few weeks. Quickly made a basic replacement with Tinkercad. It worked so great that I cancelled my order for the OE part. Done 8000km+ in 6 months on any weather. Never had to change my first prototype printed in PLA - it's the one pictured, but the STL here has slightly better ergonomics. Others have been printed in Nylon (Taulman 910, using 103% size). Should fit any Zero S/SR/DS/DSR with the late throttle (6 pin). As I understand, should work on some MV Agusta too. Added an external tube to Cura for a fuzzy skin - just center the Tube_fuzzy file on the tube.stl file and enable fuzzy skin. Added a tube only file where you can use your own grip just like OEM. But this one is untested.
