Zero cut with glue support pegs
thingiverse
Here is a remix of the Turenkarn build for Zero from the Borderlands series. I increased the scale to a whopping 6 inches in height, making it a true giant among models. To make this behemoth easier to handle, I sliced the model into four manageable pieces and added guide holes for three sturdy pegs. Each peg is precision-crafted to be 90% the size of its corresponding hole, ensuring that they snap together with ease, saving you time and frustration during assembly. Printer: Bibo 2 Touch Rafts: Brim-style rafts provide a solid foundation for your print, keeping it stable and secure throughout the printing process. Supports: Yes, I included support structures to ensure that your model prints out correctly, free from any warping or distortion. Resolution: I recommend using a high-resolution setting of 0.2 mm for optimal results. Infill: A moderate infill percentage of 5% strikes the perfect balance between weight and print time. Notes: When removing supports, be extremely cautious not to injure your fingers, as they can be brittle and prone to breakage. It's a crucial step that requires attention to detail. If you plan to print each peg individually, simply copy the single peg into three identical ones to save yourself some extra work.
