I designed a zero-clearance insert to replace the standard stock insert on my DW715 Dewalt Miter saw. After several months of use, it still looks almost brand new with no significant signs of wear. The only caveat is that it needs a long bed, which I have available thanks to my Prusa i3 3D printer. However, it's possible to print this insert in two separate pieces.
