Zero Clearance Insert, Miter Saw Plate, DW715
thingiverse
I upgraded the standard stock insert on my DW715 Dewalt Miter saw with a custom-made zero clearance insert. After several months of use, it still looks like new and shows no signs of wear or damage. The design is compatible with a long bed 3D printer, such as my Prusa i3, but could potentially be printed in two separate pieces.
