Zero Clearance Insert for Dewalt DW715 Miter Saw
thingiverse
Zero Clearance Insert for DeWalt 12" Compound Miter Saw, Model DW715. I attempted to re-create the original as much as possible. It is not a tight fit, but neither was the original. After installation, run the saw through the insert to create a perfect zero clearance slot. Then clean up the cut edges with sandpaper or a file. Supports will help get cleaner recessed screw hole openings. I was able to print on my Ender 3 bed by rotating 45 degrees and turning off skirt/brim.
