Zero Clearance Insert for Craftsman 137 Table Saw (Rectangular Insert)

{Edited 3/31/21} This is a zero clearance insert for a 10 inch Craftsman 137 contractor table saw. The insert is 69 mm wide and 255.2 mm long (Measured from the top of the opening bevel located on the top and left edges). The main part of the board is set at 2.5 mm thick, with the tabs on the edge framed with a slightly thicker collar to ensure they don't slide. Screw blocks are 11.5 mm and 7.2 mm thick respectively. I've included the sketch elements in the files. Screw holes shown in the editor image are counter-bored to ensure they sing below the surface. They are not shown in the printed example images, since this was my size test, and I had not added them yet. I will replace these images when I have finished verifying fit and function. One large grab hole to make pulling the insert out easier. Link: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/0f2bef07bc43837885110b49/w/dd93af187d409675a912f5fc/e/e6346269f8aabb1673f316a0 I suggest that you print a 5% infill test to ensure that the part will fit in your table saw, however, the final version of this part needs to be 100% infill, since this part is going to be cut through by the table saw blade, so that no weak points are introduced and kerf. Can be used for thin kerf or dado blades, since there is no pre-set blade opening. The blade opening is made by running up the blade after installation.
