UPDATED: With input from the /r/hoggit community, this design has been completely revamped. For secure attachment to your headset, it's advisable to incorporate a velcro strip. This updated design is significantly lighter and more efficient in terms of materials usage, with no bridging issues present. The 5mm diameter holes allow for LEDs larger than 5mm to be glued into place if desired. A small raised rectangle is designed to accommodate a Micro USB-B breakout board, enabling you to power your chosen LEDs. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: i3 Prusa Rafts: Don't worry about it Supports: Not required Resolution: 0.1mm x and y, 0.2mm z Infill: Recommended: 20% Notes: My prints were successfully completed using PLA plastic with a heated bed. The bed temperature was set to 63 degrees Celsius, while the hot end was maintained at 210 degrees Celsius. Naturally, your settings may vary. No support structure was needed in my case, but you might want to consider adding a raft if your print bed has leveling issues.
