Zeppelin Lens Duster

If you print this with flexible filament, it transforms into a fully functional lens duster right before your eyes. It prints seamlessly on its tail without any need for supports whatsoever. You have two versions to choose from - one with a hole on the side and one without. The hole acts as a precision valve, allowing you to cover it when you squeeze it tight, and when you release the pressure, air can freely flow back in through the hole instead of escaping out of the nozzle. I personally printed this design in TPU and was impressed by its perfect level of elasticity when squeezed. To achieve optimal results, however, you need to print it normally rather than using vase mode. Printing it in vase mode will result in a soft, limp product that fails to spring back into shape after squeezing. You can fine-tune the stiffness by adjusting the extrusion multiplier, print temperature, or scale. Keep in mind that printing it larger will yield a less rigid product. If your printer has a moving bed, you may need to slow down the printing process to prevent any wobbling as it prints. If you're feeling adventurous and want to experiment with softer filament than TPU, I'd love to hear about your experience. Feel free to let me know how it turns out!
