Initially, I planned to film our products from a birds-eye view, but searching for multicopter drone designs felt like encountering Count Dracula as the chief designer. Consequently, I decided to build my own drone, despite having no prior knowledge on the topic. However, I excel at working with pentagons and hexagons, so progress is underway, though still a work in progress (WIP). Over the next few weeks, I'll assemble and test it. If any multicopter experts have suggestions for a newbie, I'd appreciate their input. I find the concept of creating lightweight parts with low infill percentage appealing, as one can attest to their durability when trying to demolish a part with 10% infill. The design accommodates 18/16mm carbon tubes or aluminum tubes and is built around an APM 2.5 without a case, but should work with all flight controllers. However, I need to determine where to place the other components, as the ESC can be housed in the motor mounts. The motor mounts are larger because I'm undecided about which motors to use; any advice would be helpful.
