Zen Garden Rakes

Here's a nice set of rakes for any tabletop Zen Garden. You can see my original creation to print your own trays here: Reconfigurable Zen Garden Base - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5996499 Sand Stamps: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5997012 A Cube of Sand Stamps: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6013405 Buy yourself a pack of 1/4" dowels from any craft store (I got mine from the Dollar Store) and cut them to approximately 6" long (or whatever suits you), put a dab of superglue into the shaft hole and Bob's your uncle! I printed these all on the flat end with the shaft hole sticking straight up into the air. This means they'll all print without support except for the spike tined rake., but even on that one the supports are minimal. I printed mine in 0.12 layer height because I wanted them to look good as they were a gift, but I'm sure 0.20 would still turn out great. Use a wood colored PLA for a more authentic look. You can print your own shafts if you want. The holes are designed at 6.15mm. Your printer output may vary. The first file is 4 rake heads: sinewave, zig zag, scallop, and forked The second file is a tamper for flattening The third file is a holder to keep them all in one place Incidentally, while you're at the craft or dollar store, pick up a pack of the craft brushes seen in the post production photo. They're super convenient and a great way to brush off errant sand from the bed edges. Enjoy!
