Zen AF coaster
thingiverse
I wanted to print a B&W version showed on the design photo of the original version, but without painting or anything, so I made an inner part and an outer part which can be printed over the inner part. Here is how I printed it: I printed the inner part first, but I removed the GCODE-s from the end of the .gcode file which turn off the heatings, so that the inner parts adhesion won't release and I can change filament.: M104 S0 ;Turn-off hotend M140 S0 ;Turn-off bed After changing filament I printed the outer shell part onto the inner part. And basically that's it. I used glue on bed, and skirt, no brim, and of course I removed the first parts skirt from bed before starting the second part. **UPDATE 2021.01.08** I updated the .stl files, because after printing it with other color than b&w, it turned out the inner shell had to be changed to a wider piece to correctly cover the design from above.
