I purchased Zemismart Zigbee Motors for 38mm tube however my tubes were 40mm and the 2mm difference was enough for them to just turn in the tube. These adaptors replace the two fittings on the motor that fit snugly inside a 40mm tube. I'm a beginner in modeling and drew the design in CAD then imported it to Thingiverse however seems to work fine. How to install: Remove the split pin Slide off end cog Slide off outer cog near control unit Replace with your printed parts Reattach split pin The stock outer cog is a flexible material. You could use TPU for this however I used PETG for both and it works fine.
