This is a full-sized Master Sword I crafted for my Link cosplay. This accessory pairs perfectly with the scabbard so you can wear it proudly wherever you go. Hylian Shield Print Settings Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer: Rostock MAX Post-Printing Use the rectangular pegs to align the pieces correctly and secure them together with adhesive. You may need to print the pegs at 95% to ensure a precise fit. I utilized Plastruct Plastic Weld on the pieces that fit seamlessly together. Use super glue or Gorilla Glue on the parts that require extra reinforcement, such as the wings. The blade components connect using dovetails. Apply Gorilla Glue to these areas to fill in any gaps. For the diamond sections, you can attempt to print a single piece if desired; however, I opted to print the "diamond 1" and "diamond 2" parts separately to maintain flatness. You will need two of these pieces, one for each side. The hilt center component is divided into two parts to minimize support requirements during printing. I've included both the single piece and split components in this set as well. The blade is designed to be attached at the end after painting. Similar to the Hylian Shield, I applied Spaz Stix Mirror Chrome to the blade. The hilt features a rich purple hue. Secure the blade in place using Gorilla Glue, taking care not to spill any excess adhesive as it expands. Lastly, wrap green leather cord around the handle to complete the look.
