Greetings, I acquired a Nintendo Switch Joycon and decided to create a custom controller holder with my 3D printer. I added a lanyard holder, and I'm extremely satisfied with how it turned out. Now, let's dive into the details: The design requires a calibrated printer due to the tight tolerances I incorporated into the model. The layer height is set at 0.1mm. I don't use support material because my printer has sufficient airflow, allowing me to achieve over 60 degrees of angle. It's a snug fit, but that was intentional to account for wear from regular use. If you prefer a looser fit, consider using the MRK.2 variant instead. I printed this in PLA. I recommend using a file to widen the mouth of the channels on either side before inserting your Joycon. They'll be tight, but not impossible to fit.
