I'm remixing the original Adafruit designs with some tweaks to make certain parts stronger. I've made the following changes: * Screwholes now have 1.2mm thick walls, so you can print them with a 0.4mm nozzle without adjusting your slicing settings. * Screwholes are attached to the outer perimeter for extra strength and easier printing, reducing the likelihood of underextrusion. * Segment Joining parts have been reinforced by attaching them to perimeters within a certain distance. This is an ongoing project, so I'll gradually update all parts with these modifications. If you'd like to suggest other changes or improvements, please let me know in the comments! If you're feeling bold, try experimenting with friction welding using 1.75 filament and see if it reduces the number of screws needed [at the cost of being able to disassemble the sword again].
