Display frame for DarkAppolo's excellent "Zelda 1 Overworld pixel map" Mostly laser cut with 3d printed decorative corner and edge pieces. I used Glowforge proofgrade Maple Ply and Draftboard and got a nice tight fit. How tightly the puzzle pieces fit in to the frame might depend on your print settings for the puzzle (I had a little bit of elephants foot on my prints and they fit snugly in this frame). Corner and edge peices are held in place by 16x #2-56x3/8 button head machine screws, which self tapped well enough with my print settings, though you might have better luck with a self tapping plastic or sheet metal screw.
