Zehnder Q Sensor Replacement
thingiverse
This allows for easy replacement of the ODA Sensor in a Zehnder Comfoair Q. This replaces the old sensor type which uses a Sensirion SHT20 sensor. I just used a I2C SHT20 sensor breakout with a dimension of approx. 12 x 12mm like this: https://www.amazon.de/Youmile-Temperatur-Feuchtigkeitssensormodul-Feuchtigkeitsmesssensor-Dupont-Kabel/dp/B08XM616VY Cut the cable from the original sensor as far from the plug as possible to avoid the need to extend the cables. Remove the rubber cover from the old sensor and use it for the new printed part. Unsolder the plug on the breakout and solder the cable directly to the breakout the following way: VDD: red GND: black SDA: white SCL: blue
