ZeGo Multifunction Robot End Effector

ZeGo Multifunction Robot End Effector

I'm designing an end effector for my ZeGo delta bot from scratch, and it's my first time at bat. I've created a simple holder that can grasp a pen with a 12mm diameter barrel using a set of powerful magnets. The six 15mm x 5mm ring magnets feature a 5mm rounded hole and are made of high-performance N50 Neodymium material. As an homage to the original ZeGo design, I've arranged these magnets in a unique pattern that's slightly different from the standard ZeGo setup and larger in scale. To increase the holding power of each magnet, I've taken it upon myself to thread six M4x5 hex socket set screws through each one, going up from the bottom surface - just like the ZeGo designers did before me. To enhance the efficiency and precision of this end effector, simply follow these easy-to-execute instructions: To boost the holding power of the magnets in this setup, carefully screw six M4x5 hex socket set screws up through each ring magnet, starting from the bottom surface. This will give your ZeGo bot an extra edge in grasping and manipulating objects.
