Zefal Spin Mirror Covers

Aero covers are designed to fit the modified Zefal Spin Mirror supplied by IntercityBike.nl on their DF and DF XL Velomobiles. Two distinct models exist: a left side cover and a right side cover. The Zefal mirror is easily inserted into its designated spot within the cover, thanks to carefully positioned supports that secure it from the inside of the cover. However, some form of adhesive, such as cement or epoxy, is necessary to ensure the covers remain firmly attached. These custom Aero covers are specifically designed to accommodate the unique stem angle and orientation used in the standard installation on the DF velomobile. Should you choose to alter this angle or orientation, it will be essential to enlarge the rounded cutout within the mirror cover to accommodate the change. Update: IntercityBike.nl has made available two updated .stl files, ZefalCover-L-Fillet and ZefalCover-R-Fillet, which offer a subtle improvement in appearance through the addition of rounded edges.
