Zebedee - From The Magic Roundabout (Wobbles on the spring and arms that go up and down)
thingiverse
Zebedee, The Magic Roundabout's coolest character, was designed with built-in support that easily breaks away to form a functional spring base and movable arms. Instructions on breaking away this support can be found in the manual. Instructions Zebedee's support is designed to break away without too much trouble using a Replicator 2, but it may take some time to remove it from inside the spring. When done right, you'll get a working spring that compresses and wobbles. Print this model with 3 or 4 layers and at least 25% infill. A Raft can be used without any support, since the design has already included it. Having three layers provides enough strength to be aggressive when removing the support if needed. Breaking free the spring may make you think it's broken, but surprisingly, it remains very springy and flexible - that's what makes this print so awesome! It truly feels "springy" and wobbly. A large part of the support can be removed by hand, but a craft knife is necessary to break away some areas. Taking your time will make the result well worth the effort.
