Update 12.10.2021 °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Added Front Bumper. Print with hard TPU, at least D60 shore. Update 05.10.2021 °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Noticed that the RC/Servo Box was restricting the Servo travel a bit, hence made V2, which has a shifted compartment to the back, allows more room for the servo linkage, however also with this design the 100% possible mechanical restriced movement was not possible (was about 95%), so for most driver probably absolut fine, but for competition racing you want max. steering, hence I made V3. Had to make the Box smaller to achieve the goal, so it maybe to small for your receiver, check before print (30 x 23 x 25 cm, L x W x H). Update 04.10.2021 °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Added front upper swing arms. Print with hard TPU, at least D60 shore. Update 29.09.2021: °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Added custom RC/Servo Box (Lid not coming loose anymore). Print with hard TPU. Update 28.09.2021: °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Added front lower swing arm. Print with hard TPU, at least D60 shore. Needed a bigger battery compartment and also a ESC fixating plate to be able to remove the ESC for maintenance (since it isn't waterproof). For this you need to drill two M3 hole with 32mm distance into the chassis. It also comes with a switch and balance cable mount option. Motor image: My motor was slightli tilted up on delivery. Pretty sure this shouldn't be the case. Needed to be bent down. Unassamble the whole car before first use. Mainly check the diff setting/shiming. My center diff was binding (top housing not screwed on correctly, also the spacing between the gears was to small in my opinion, therefore the diff gasket.stl, printed as 0,3mm height (scaled in slicer) with total of 2 layers). Secondly check all screws, especially those going into metal and correctly thread locking them, but also the plastic ones. Some were to loose or not even secured with thread lock, others were good and even other were appaerently treated with red thread lock. Overall great value for the money, but you need to take care of the details, so not really a RTR car or for someone not willing to wrench. A manual with replacement part numbers is located in the files section. ESC Programming card: https://de.aliexpress.com/item/4000041450156.html?spm=a2g0x.12057483.detail.3.27461933zLbBU1 Pros: °°°°°° Overall (mostly) good value and adequate quality regarding the money/price. Tyres are not as bad as some say. Sure you won't win a buggy race with them, but for asphalt and also dirt they work ok Diffs were shimmed correctly Motor handles the car very well and only gets hand warm Cons: °°°°°° Canopy/Body shell - Weak/poor quality (front thin piece breaks immediately on hard impact, try reinforcing this spot with shoe goo or similar glue, when broken use the alternative fron body post in the files section) Aluminium chassis - Weak/poor quality (motor mounts break away, needs different motor mount which uses the diff holes - 8456 ) Servo - replaced mine immediatetly, guess it won't last long Screws were not all thread locked Parts partially hard to obtain, mostly over aliexpress, long shipping times. The stock ESC seems to only have one brake level. When even minimal braking with the transmitter, the cars brakes 100%, maybe adjustable with the programming card, but I think it will only change the brake force. Braking does not seem to be proportional.
