Assembled a printer based on the ZAV MAX LERDGE body Rewrote many details to suit myself, I'm in a hurry to share. ZAV MAX Premium pack 1 Comments: - The details are drawn to size, when printing with ABS plastic, I recommend printing at 101% scale. - The print head body (part 05) was designed for an aluminum corner of 2mm, the optional part 06 for a metal plate of 3mm has been tested by others, I haven't checked it. - Part 07 is also created for an aluminum corner, the metal beam is thicker, so check that they don't catch the printer's roof. - Parts 02 and 03 are printed without a bottom or top, choose your own percentage and fill pattern - Part 09 is recommended to be attached with screws, it's difficult to prepare a hole for this part on the assembled body. Or drill holes beforehand, before assembling the body. - Part 10 is for an MDF case, for strength under M4x16mm screws. It is located inside the table. ZAV MAX Premium pack 2 Comments: - Detail 03 Cable manager in the basement. Four pieces are enough. It's also recommended to stick them on. - Detail 05 has a purely decorative function (shield) - Detail 06 Extruder under the brass gear. Last version from Alexey, slightly modernized and with an original lid. - Detail 08 Complex loop, appeared after simple one (detail 09). My main goal: to make it so that the screw heads or nuts are not visible on the loops outside. So first there was a simple loop, and then came the double folding. To hide the door and not interfere with maintenance or PLA printing. (BEWARE!!! The loop will only work properly on bodies with 200x200mm tables!) Detail 09 Simple loop (not tested on printer) Detail 10 BEWARE!!! This detail can be made only if you don't have a light under the rails and side windows are attached from the outside of the printer! Clearance to the walls is 1-2mm! The light can be placed vertically behind the front supports. Loops 08 allow this!
