I've designed a custom enclosure for my printer. The height, length and width is variably. required parts: 2x 4mm perspex/Plexiglas pane (for doors; choose dimensions to fit your shelf and leave 1-3 mm tolerance in each direction) 4x wooden bars - length to fit your shelf, width 100 mm, thickness 16-20mm 8x M3x10 screw 8x M3 Hex nut up to 32x small wood screw 4x medium size wood screw 8x large wood screw /Spax screw you'll need to drill holes into the Plexiglas panes for the hinge-parts and file them so the surfaces are even when the hinges are attached. contact me for more info. warning: putting your printer in a wooden box is not a good idea. You should use fire-proof material as walls, roof and bottom. You should also install a smoke detector to minimize any risk.
