ZARAILBO MOD (alpha - only step files)
thingiverse
So far, I'm not really thrilled with the cable mount, hoping someone can make it better. The z endstops aren't exactly pretty, but they work just fine. All fan cables, pinda, and extruder motor are neatly arranged on the right side, which is a great thing. Unfortunately, there's not enough space on the left side. I printed all parts with four perimeter walls and 85 percent infill to ensure their strength and durability. To make the X-Carriage-Back more stable, I glued a piece of belt into it. For the pom nuts, use M3 x 14 screws for optimal performance. When installing the x rail, be sure to cut it to an exact length of 357mm for smooth operation. I'm not sharing STL files of this mod so you can easily make changes if you don't like something. Although it's not perfect yet, I've managed to get it working just fine and have successfully passed calibration. If you're using Zaribo 320, you'll need five MGN12 400mm parts. If you're using Zaribo 220, you'll need three MGN12 400mm and two MGN12 300mm parts. V60 Update, February 13th, 2019: Added x belt tensioner, stronger z endstops, and 10mm higher z rail center clips to improve overall performance. Big thanks go out to MA Bittner for the awesome assistance! V64 Update, February 15th, 2019: Included Pulley Guard for added protection. Also changed Z Motor Mount so it's now easier to swap out z motors when needed.
