The Indian Ocean Island of Zanzibar, off the coast of Tanzania in East Africa, used to have elephants on it. These elephants had the bad habit of pushing doors open with their foreheads. So the residents of Zanzibar installed these brass knobs all over their elaborately carved doors to prevent that. This is a 3d replica of a re-creation I purchased there years ago. It is modeled whole and in two parts.
