Zanussi dishwasher wheel

I'm looking for a spare wheel for my Zanussi dishwasher, specifically model ZDT 5052, although I suspect it should fit most Zanussi models. Before creating my own design, I tried out the one found on Thingiverse: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1755766 The "axis" part of that model looked identical to the original, but when 3D printed, it proved to be very fragile. Therefore, I decided to create my own version. My design is better suited for 3D printing as it's thicker and stronger than the original, and can be printed without supports. Print Settings: Printer: BQ Witbox 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 200 Infill: 100 Notes: I printed the "axis" part with 100% infill and the wheel with 30% infill, using Proto-pasta Coffee HTPLA. I'm not sure how long these wheels will last in the dishwasher when printed with this PLA, but after three to four cycles everything still looks good.
