The files being shared are for use with the original Zandoria Caves of Chaos set designed by Will Sutton. The set can be found and purchased here: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/caves This is not for the Puzzlelock version. We enjoy the set immensely and our players all make comments about how it adds a great sense of realism to the scenarios. Will has given me permission to share some of the remixed variations of his set that I cobbled primarily from his work and printed for our home use. Please understand that you must have Will’s permission to remix and share files in this manner. The files fall into the following categories: Additional 0 wall tile variants (6 +). One has a hole for fitting a column. 4 Wall Doors C and D tiles, made by sampling other tiles. 1 Way tile with a dead-end design that was adapted for use as a stand-alone room. Jail door and a set of bars for creating a barrier without an obvious way to open it. A bar set that is made for a looser fit and should work in many other exit points. The crevasse bridge tile will have the bridge mounts reshape if you shrink it. I printed a shorter version, please message me if you need one. The 1 Way tile had a stalagmite near the entrance that didn’t work for my purpose. After making the floor flat, I realized that the tile could be adopted for use as a stand-alone room, but it would need a door. I found one and adapted to fit. In the Glacial Rift of the Frost Giant Jarl there are several locations that need elevated tiles, one of which is area 11, the Great Cavern of the Jarl. I made a very tall tile, flat topped, with walls facing outward which drape down from the tile itself. Those walls cover the space beneath it. The pool was too cool to not make one of. It was re-shaped until it fit on the hex. I did this in Tinkercad and then cut the pool into smaller portions with Meshmixer and reassembled it. Every once in a while, a shortage of pieces or bad planning leads to having the walls end in a manner that does not look elegant. To improve the look, as well as to occasionally create some obstacles, I created male and female wall caps by sampling bits from the original tiles. There are variations in large, small, wet, dry, male and female. I liked the natural look of the streams and modified the length and width to work with most of the tiles in the set. Some tiles just won’t play well with these. My Lady does the painting, and I thought she did nice work. Thank you, Olwen. And thanks again to Will. Enjoy. Hroudland
